Pure Barre Memphis

Our mission is to be a destination for people of all shapes, sizes and ages to empower their bodies and minds through a supportive, safe community rooted in confidence building, transformative barre exercise. We offer three classes at Pure Barre. Our original class is Pure Barre Classic and it targets all stubborn areas of the body. We recommend starting with this class and learning the Pure Barre Technique. We also offer Pure Empower which is cardio and endurance focused. Our third class is Pure Reform which uses resistance bands and challenges strengthens your balance. With these tree classes we pride ourselves on offering all you need for a complete workout routine. We have three locations in the greater Memphis area. One in East Memphis & Germantown, Tennessee.
