Mission ENABLE Ex-Service personnel to enter into full-time employment within the construction industry in order to SUPPORT veteran transition and REDUCE construction skills shortage. The Facts Armed Forces Service Leavers often struggle with Transition. The feeling of being disenfranchised is not uncommon. There is national skills shortage across Construction Industry. There is a national shortage of housing. The Solution A unique Transition Programme created by industry leaders and ex-military personnel to transition ‘Ready For Work’ Veterans into the Construction Industry. What is Project RECCE? Project RECCE is a career transition programme delivered in partnership with The Royal Foundation, AFC and Industry Leaders. The success of this proven pathway exists due to the support and vision of our strategic partners. Project RECCE ensures that individuals are provided with the correct training are partnered with appropriate employers and vacancies within the construction industry. We are in part funded by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust who are helping us to deliver this innovative and dynamic transition programme.
