Precision Martial Arts Academy (PMAA) teaches professional Olympic-style World Taekwondo (WT), dynamic Martial Arts, self-defense, defensive tactics, and fitness training at the Royal Glenora Club (RGC) in Edmonton's beautiful River Valley. Taekwondo is a complete self-defense system and a powerful tool that helps develop a lifestyle of positive character development and daily habits for a healthy mind, body, and spirit for children and adults alike. Furthermore, it helps to develop a high level of confidence, self-discipline, respect, work ethic, and determination to achieve one's goals. PMAA Coaches are NCCP/CAC certified, Kukkiwon Black Belts, and are personally mentored by Master Derek Sadler, ChPC, PFT, a 7th Dan Black Belt, Master Instructor, and Taekwondo Canada Master Coach Developer.
