Phillips Real Estate is an office made up of year-round, friendly personnel. We are a vibrant year round real estate agency serving buyers and sellers, both on and off island with a strong knowledge and long standing association with the island. Jennifer Phillips, owner/broker, established Phillips Real Estate in 1999, after having served as a sales agent for many years. Jennifer works successfully with owners and has both listed and sold a variety of properties including vacant land, developed properties, Champlin Farm and the Plains. Her broad knowledge of the real estate market reaffirms the ongoing success of her office. The office sustains membership with the RI Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
