Special Taxing District organized under Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Responsible for supervision of the financing, funding, planning, establishing, acquisition, and construction of public waterway management facilities, water and sewer facilities, and parks and recreation facilities. Currently supervise the execution of over $700,000 in annual operational expenditures and the maintenance of over $5,000,000 in tax exempt municipal bonds. Additionally supervise the implementation of a regionally recognized parks and recreation program that serves over 1,400 residents.”
