An internal phone polling project taken in 2008 from 375 gaming sites in the United States revealed that 41% of gaming operators were dissatisfied with poor customer service, questionable payment methods, forced contract renewals through intimidation, inadequate cash management and equipment breakdowns from their current cash access provider. PMI offers a better solution.
