PB Fit is a growing phenomenon in St Helens and Merseyside, bringing affordable fitness in many forms. Our hugely successfull fit camps, team personal training and unique Mixed Martial Arts-ercise sessions provide a number of easily accessible and fun ways to get fit, melt fat and see the leaner, sexier you. Since January 2011 we have helped almost 800 clients achieve their fitness and fat loss goals through our group training. Why waste time and money on a personal trainer for the to be silent the majority of the session, when you could perform an individualised session just for you, under the supervision of a highly trained coach in the company of 4 other like-minded individuals; dividing the cost of that person's time by 5!
