We are a small but experienced team with over 30 years of local real estate experience. We are based out of Tacoma and Bellevue, but purchase homes all over the Puget Sound region, specializing in Tacoma, Seattle, and Bellevue. Because of this broad and local experience, we’re well equipped to handle every type of transaction out there. We differentiate ourselves from other investors in the region by being straight-forward and guaranteeing that we will close on your house, at the agreed upon price. We buy every type of home out there, from light cosmetic fixers to hoarder homes. We’ve seen it all, and no project or property scares us! We don’t purchase every home we see as we believe it has to make sense for both parties to get a deal done. Over the past few years, we have been buying roughly two houses per month which we have found is just the right amount for us to stay very busy without tearing our hair out!
