One Crown Place

One Crown Place is mixed-use development that speaks for itself. Comprising 246 apartments, offices, retail, hotel and restaurant, it is a new destination for London straddling the historic City of London and Shoreditch, developed by Malaysian infrastructure conglomerate MTD Group. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), One Crown Place sets a new standard of living, with its innovative architecture and quality of interior design. Apartments have been designed by Bowler James Brindley and Studio Ashby has designed a world-class suite of amenities and penthouses. Forming part of the vibrant development, a boutique hotel occupies a fully restored Georgian Terrace located on Sun Street, which is operated by Bespoke Hotels. Global property firm CBRE was appointed by MTD Group in 2015 to act as the project manager to market the site’s 246 private apartments and 140,000 sq. ft of commercial space. One Crown Place reached practical completion in May 2021.
