The University of Oklahoma-Tulsa's Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics (ODYN) program is truly a career accelerator and actively seeks promising applicants from a broad range of professional backgrounds. The program is unique in that it was developed as a direct result of collaboration between the business leaders in Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma. The program is based in industrial-organizational psychology and is designed to develop people-oriented leaders who have the the teamwork skills needed to manage people, projects and organizational processes. The ODYN program is a 36-credit hour program that can be completed in 24 months. Classes are highly interactive and are offered in compressed weekend and evening formats to meet the scheduling needs of working adults. The program has two major tracks: Human Resource Management and Project Management, as well as enough flexibility to tailor program requirements to each student's specific career goals.
