Each of the principals of the NDB leadership team brings decades of experience in the dental industry to the company and has innovated, delivered and improved the access, quality and affordability of dental care throughout the U.S. In December 2013, NDB expanded to California through the acquisition of PrimeCare Dental Plan. PrimeCare serves group and individuals with high value dental plan offerings statewide. We are acutely aware that health benefits are bought and used at the local level. Our mission supports the local values and concerns of the membership.
