The asset management business (“Nassau Asset Management”) of Nassau Financial Group oversees more than $20 billion of proprietary and third-party capital, including through investment strategies offered by the following specialty investment managers: - Nassau Corporate Credit LLC invests in corporate credit and serves as a collateral manager for collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”). - Nassau Private Credit LLC (“NPC”) invests in corporate and structured credit with a focus on control equity and debt tranches of third-party managed CLOs and related vehicles. NPC utilizes a proactive investment origination process to construct unique investment opportunities and optimize investment returns throughout the credit cycle. - Nassau CorAmerica LLC provides clients with access to a range of real estate investment strategies. - Nassau Alternative Investments LLC invests in private investment funds, co-investment opportunities, and direct private investments, and serves as a collateral manager to a collateralized fund obligation. Nassau Asset Management is the brand name of the affiliated asset management business of Nassau Financial Group, L.P. (“Nassau”). Third party assets are managed by Nassau Corporate Credit LLC (together with certain of its investment advisory affiliates, “NCC”), Nassau Private Credit LLC (together with certain of its investment advisory affiliates, “NPC”), Nassau CorAmerica LLC and Nassau Alternative Investments LLC (“NAI”) only.
