NEW ORLEANS CITIZEN DIPLOMACY COUNCIL INC

New Orleans Citizen Diplomacy Council (NOCDC) is a non-profit organization that arranges professional meetings and cultural activities for over 500 international leaders sent to New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana annually from the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and other government and private agencies. IVLP exchange program alumni encompass over 200,000 people around the world, including more than 50 Nobel Laureates and over 350 current and former heads of state and governments.
