Morrison Avenue Capital Partners has experienced tremendous success and growth since its inception over five years ago. In 2016, we completed developments and acquisition transactions comprised of almost 1,000 units. We are currently focused on the Southeastern markets of the United States, as these areas boast tremendously positive demographic trends resulting in very strong rental and occupancy rates. We specialize in both new construction and acquisitions across various multi-family projects: apartment complexes, market-rate senior housing and affordable housing.
