Mind Body Spirit Wellness Center, owned by Dr. Katherine Igah-Phillips, focuses on creating and preserving mental, physical, and spiritual balance in order to promote and maintain optimal health. Our integrative approach focuses more on the patient than the condition, because we recognize the mind-body-spirit connection as an integral part of wellness. Our therapies combine traditional western practices with natural alternative therapies. These include the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, energy medicine, nutrition, coaching, or a combination of all of the aforementioned.
