The "HR department"​ for small business and HR consultancy for mid-sized organizations since 2007 -- offering capability (expertise and insight) and capacity (doing what clients choose not to do). Our consultant team serves as outsourced, on-site experts for selecting and strengthening staff, managing and mitigating risk, and improving human resource processes. We provide broad-scope HR services to organizations ranging from early-stage biotechs to manufacturing, from medical device sales to B2B service companies, retail and more. We work with owners and leaders from hiring first employees to business closure, serving as their outsourced, HR experts. For some clients this involves daily contact, weekly or other on-site presence, special projects, or for some it is merely our being accessible for important questions and situations.
