Mediation Solutions LLC

Mediations Solutions, LLC was started in 2003 to provide an alternative for divorcing couples seeking to avoid the conflict and cost of a litigated divorce. It was started by Louis Sroka, Esq., and grew out of his experience in Florida in the early 90’s, as one of the pioneers of a very successful mediation system in that state. Mediation Solutions, LLC is more than a profession for the mediators involved. It is a vocation. We believe that divorce in America need not be as ugly and as ruinous as it has become. We believe the divorce is that way because two spouses who are ready to separate, are instead forced into a combative situation for several years, where they must see each other as enemies. We believe that divorce, like every other difficult part of life, can be conducted in a dignified way that respects the past, manages the present and plans for the future.
