McCullough Development, Inc. has been in business for over 35 years. The founder of the Company, Jim McCullough, began in architecture and quickly moved into construction and development. Early on he realized how important good management was to the Company's success. Even from our beginning with just a few properties, we have always prided ourselves in caring about our clients and providing good customer service. Although our corporate headquarters and most of our commercial properties are located in Manhattan, Kansas, we have a wide range of properties in cities throughout the Midwest.
