Mary’s Gourmet Salads was conceived out of a noticeable lack of quality, fresh, natural, gourmet salads available for order in the San Diego area. From there, we set out to formulate nine diverse gourmet salads that each offer unique and superb taste and texture profiles, and importantly, natural fresh ingredients.
