People often come to my practice when their problems seem daunting and discouraging. They have often tried solving their problems on their own but despite their well-meaning efforts still find themselves facing the same problems and repeating the same patterns. All the therapists in my practice share the above treatment philosophy. Our specialty areas include depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship/marriage difficulties, infertility support, parenting, life transitions, anger management, grief, couples counseling, child/adolescent therapy, family therapy. Calls for appointments are taken 8am-5pm M-F or by email. We utilize an empathetic and integrative approach in our work with each client. Great care is given to establishing a collaborative relationship and understanding each person's unique circumstances/personal history. We view therapy as a journey that we take together with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
