Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council

The Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council (LBCREC) is a professional organization that has been serving the City of Long Beach, California since 1993. LBCREC is a network of commercial real estate business people that have passion for their community and the desire to succeed. LBCREC was designed to develop and grow relationships among the commercial brokerage community through networking events. The organization is the only one of its kind in the Long Beach and surrounding cities. Members represent a wide variety of Long Beach's finest real estate professionals. Each year, LBCREC grants scholarships to students from Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College with the goal of developing future commercial real estate leaders. LBCREC also has internship programs and works with the school’s faculty to provide real world work experience to their students. The scholarship program is sponsored by Bank of America.
