Local Roots is a new business in Indianapolis offering locally grown food cultivated with organic methods, though not yet organic certified. Our methods involve indoor controlled environment food production. We specialize in meeting our customers' supply demands by building custom production cells that produce year round fresh food. Whether your restaurant or bar consumes ounces or pounds of microgreens, herbs, or fresh salad greens daily, we can scale our production space and methods to suite your needs. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers, in order to provide the best products year round. If we don't currently grow it, we most likely will soon, and we can work with you to plan exotic or off season dishes.
