Lime Therapeutics

Lime Therapeutics is a Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center spinout creating new therapies for cancer. Our breakthrough platform is identifying medicines that can starve cancer by blocking it from getting a vital nutrient source - lipids (fats). Our first drug is a small molecule targeting non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and we have shown that this drug increases mice lifespan in a NSCLC model by 50%. It is a drug with demonstrated safety in humans due to its previously developed clinical profile. Beyond this, we are creating a pipeline of therapies for lipid-mediated targets. Lime is based at the BioLabs at NYU space in New York City. We are always interested in talking with potential industry or academic partners.
