We have loans from $10,000 to $5 million (larger amounts through consultation) and these loans typically range from 3-12 months using 1st or 2nd Mortgages as security. All Lightspeed loans are for 'business and/or investment purpose' Lightspeed can provide funding for both residential and commercial property. Our aim is to make your job easier, add an additional product to your lending portfolio and have you deal directly with the lender to get your client capital. • Referrer fee payable to you directly upon settlement (generally 1-2% of loan value) • Credit impaired / bankrupt clients maybe acceptable Are you an Accountant? • Clients have pending creditor debts & bank arrears • Do you have clients with equity available but poor credit history – applicants are not prejudiced • Any unpaid accounting fees owed to your firm are paid directly upon settlement • A referrer fee may be payable to your firm directly upon settlement (generally 1% of loan value) Are you a Lawyer?
