Liberty Godparent Home

The Liberty Godparent Home (LGH) is a non-profit, residential home for young ladies under the age of 18 facing the many issues that accompany an unplanned pregnancy. Founded in 1982, our residents come from all walks of life, different socio-economic backgrounds and various states across the country. The dedicated and trained staff members are available 24-hours a day to care for and encourage each girl during this challenging time in her life. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, LGH is set up as a home, beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen, dining room, living room and indoor pool for daily exercise. Each bedroom can house three residents and has ample space to accommodate personal belongings. Live-in House Parents are at the Home to connect with each resident, provide supervision and ensure safety during daily activities.
