Kinesthetic Exercise Sciences (KES Fitness) is a health and wellness facility in Oakland CA. We help clients feel better, be stronger, and more resilient in the face of danger or in just the physical challenges of sports and normal life. Our focus on functional mobility is carried through our personal training, strength and conditioning, martial arts, and Tui Na massage programs. KES Fitness is intentionally cultivating a culture of self-actualization in a judgment-free fitness community.. We have programs for everyone at any age or level of conditioning.
