Kelly Capital Partners currently consists of two private equity investment funds, Kelly Capital Partners Fund I and Vintage Capital Partners Fund I, each owning a diverse group of property types. Kelly Capital Partners Fund I In 2010, Craig Kelly formed Kelly Capital Partners Fund I ( KCP Fund I ) with 15 million raised in private equity. The fund was created to capitalize on undervalued and distressed real estate opportunities resulting from the financial crisis. Strong fundamental characteristics including physical structure, market location, value-add, repositioning, development and financing are all part of our investment criteria whether it be office buildings, retail centers, multi-family, raw land, student housing, industrial, hospitality acquisition or limited partner participation. Investments by KCP Fund I vary and may take the form of fee simple ownership, preferred equity, senior debt, margin debt or leaseholds, and may be controlling or non-controlling interests.
