Our Mission The mission of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts is to create community and promote healing through yoga and the healing arts. We are available to people of all ages, abilities, ethnicity, and gender. Karuna’s yoga studio offers daily yoga classes, yoga workshops with world-renowned yoga teachers, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a 500-Hour 5 Element Shiatsu certification program. Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Our Teacher Training Program is in compliance with the standards of the nationally recognized Yoga Alliance and approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Our 5 Element Shiatsu Program is an AOBTA (American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia) and Department of Education approved Program.
