Since its being incorporated in 1993, KT Maintenance Company, Inc. is proud to have been a part of a number of major expansion projects and outages at facilities in our area; providing support personnel, such as Third-Party Safety Attendants (Fire Guards, Confined Space Attendants, and Bottle Watches), Flaggers, Cleanup, and General Labor. KT Maintenance Company, Inc. was founded on the principle of offering highly trained and qualified Third-Party Safety Attendants. We believe that specialized training ensures a higher quality of safety support for our Clients’ Prime Contractors. Since 2004, following each catastrophic event, we have come along side industry assisting in disaster recovery, both inside and outside our Clients’ facilities. We have provided recovery support for ExxonMobil Beaumont Complex, Motiva PAR, TOTAL PAR, and Valero PAR. In 2013, we added KTMC Insulation & Scaffolding, L.L.C., as a division of KT Maintenance Company, Inc.; once again expanding our capabilities in an effort to better serve our Clients’ needs.
