KOJO Institute is a leader in equity consultancy directing organizations beyond “diversity quotas” and buzzwords towards truly equitable culture and outcomes. Since our founding in 1999 by principal consultant Kike Ojo, we have guided dozens of organizations and institutions, both in the public and private sectors towards social justice and systems change. We develop and facilitate innovative training, professional development, change processes, and lectures customized to the unique concerns of each organization, their staff, and their clients.
