We also offer expertise in developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans as well as providing inspection services to ensure compliance with the current New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Stormwater Phase II requirements. Kellard Sessions Consulting currently provides engineering, planning and/or wetland consultation services to several municipalities, including North Castle, Mount Kisco, Lewisboro, Ossining (V), Eastchester, and Putnam Valley. In this capacity, our firm analyzes and provides comprehensive review memorandums on land use/development applications before the municipality, in addition to providing a wide range of other professional consultation services.
