KAY-COAT is 100% acrylic elastomeric latex white Heat Reflective paint / Cool roof paint. KAY-COAT paint film is cross-linked at room temperature, so fast drying of paint is possible as its glass transition temperature, as well as minimum film-forming temperature, is favorable to dry at room temperature. KAY-COAT film is latex elastomeric so it expands in summer and contrasts in winter so has great flexibility. KAY-COAT Heat Reflective Paint reduces the heat loading in the building and keeps the building`s temperature lower than the outside temperature.
