Inpatient Physician Associates was founded in 1999 to provide dedicated Hospitalist coverage across acute and post-acute facilities in North Texas. We take pride in managing patients through the continuum of care™. Inpatient Physician Associates can tailor the design of a program to meet the needs of its healthcare partners. We provide 24/7 in house programs, traditional on-call programs, for Emergency Room services and/or acute care services. We also provide post-discharge and transitional management, including coverage in Rehabilitation Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Long-Term Acute Care facilities. Inpatient Physician Associates is involved in all components of healthcare beginning with the Episode of Care, the ER visit. In order to effectively manage a patient’s Episode of Care, Inpatient Physician Associates deploys state of the art work flow automation, practice communication and a program management support system that supervises a patient across the continuum of care.
