India’s Castle Restaurant opened its doors for business in 2005. The locally owned and operated a family owned restaurant that is owned and operated by Jagdish Singh (Jay) who manages the front of the house and his partner Jacky Singh who supervises the kitchen as the Executive Chef. Both partners are committed to bringing the people of Greenwood Village and Denver the most extraordinary experience they’ve had with Indian Cuisine. It’s their experience that sets them apart from other competitors. Jay has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for over 28 years of his life, preparing him well to operate a restaurant business with a great reputation for providing customer satisfaction. His personality, although conservative and straight forward is one of a very friendly, honest and a hardworking person. Prior to opening India’s Castle, Jay owned a restaurant in downtown Denver, but unsatisfied with the location Jay decided move his efforts to Greenwood Village. It was here in Greenwood Village where he teamed up with Jacky, a veteran chef to reveal the true authentic Indian Cuisine of Punjab, a state that represents the Northern Region of India. Thanks to the overwhelming response of India’s Castles customers, India’s Castle has now been in operation for over 7 years and hopes to win the hearts of many more customers in the future.
