Imperial Homes Corporation (IHC) is the Philippines’ first Property Technology (PropTech) Developer and International Finance Corporation’s EDGE Champion for Affordable Housing Market. IHC clinched numerous international awards and recognitions such as Responsible SME in Asia at Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability (ACES) Awards 2020, Outstanding Sustainable Project by Karlsruhe Sustainable Finance Awards in Germany, and ADFIAP Outstanding Development Award, among others. The Company has successfully developed more than 20,000 homes and established three subsidiaries, namely, Premiere Fiestaland (another real estate company), Connovate Philippines Inc. (a BOI-registered manufacturer of high-performance concrete panels), and Enfinity Imperial Solar Solutions Inc. (the country’s first and only solar community developer). In 2015 the Company started integrating solar energy in its housing development, making its subdivisions into solar-powered communities — also the first in the country. After about two years, IHC incorporated another green innovation called Connovate, a high-performance sustainable building technology developed from Denmark. The perfect combination of solar and Connovate has not only made affordable housing projects sustainable, but resilient as well. With Connovate’s strength of 14,000 PSI (20 times the strength of concrete hollow blocks), IHC’s homes provide superior resistance to fire, typhoon, earthquake, and molds. On top of these, Connovate has a material lifespan of more than a 100 years, and mitigates climate change by using 85% less cement. By having all these innovative features, houses of Imperial Homes are branded as “Tough Homes”, which represent security, peace of mind, and comfort to its homebuyers.
