Overview Huxley Communications Cooperative is proud to be an integral part of the Ballard community, providing telecommunications services to over 3000 cooperative members and customers. Huxley Communications began providing local telephone service around the turn of the 20th century and since then has grown their menu of services to include high speed internet, long distance, digital cable television, and cellular phone service through ownership of a cellular partnership managed by Verizon wireless.
