HOTEL BRANDAN is a green 4-star superior hotel. It is located in the heart of Gundadalur only a few minutes’walk from Tórshavn’s town square, main shopping centre and the national football stadium and sports centre. The hotel has 124 rooms and 4 meeting rooms, in addition to saunas, a fitness suite, hot tubs and 130 parking spaces. FOUR VERSATILE MEETING ROOMS Hotel Brandan is a four-star conference hotel with four versatile meeting rooms in different sizes. We can host everyone – small meetings and large conferences. The meeting rooms are equipped with all the latest ICT technology and our staff are highly experienced in meeting facilitation. GREEN OPERATION Hotel Brandan in Tórshavn is constantly raising the bar for its eco-friendly policies and striving to minimise its environmental footprint. In 2020 we hope to achieve Green Key certification – the hospitality industry’s international eco label. It is awarded to hospitality businesses that go the extra mile to protect the environment. PARKING Hotel Brandan has 130 parking lots and 4 charging stations for eletric cars. It is free parking outside Hotel Brandan, if you are a visitor, or if you stay at the hotel. The price for charging your car is 2 DKK per kwh. Please order at the reception. WINE TASTING Experience wine from every corner of the world in the wine cellar of Hotel Brandan. Gilið, which is the name of the wine cellar, can take up to 3000 bottles, and has a wide selection of organic, different and of course also classic types of wine. LANDMARK CAFÉ At our café we treat you to freshly-ground organic coffee from our barista machine, a blend of innovative and traditional café dishes and a host of beverages. We meticulously craft each cocktail and serve wine straight from our own well-stocked wine cellar. Landmark Café is open every day of the year, and we look forward to welcome you.
