The brand is a unification of our Bargain Outlet (NE) and Surplus Warehouse (SE) brands as one discount retail division. By the end of 2020, all Bargain Outlet and Surplus Warehouse locations will transition to Home Outlet. E.C. Barton and Company continues to be a 100% employee-owned national building materials retailer that offers quality home improvement products and solutions at the guaranteed lowest price to help customers achieve their dreams. The company operates four divisions, Barton’s, Home Outlet, Grossman’s Bargain Outlet, Surplus Warehouse, and E.C.B. Brokerage - with over 100 locations in 17 different states from upstate New York to south Texas.
