Small Group Training: Get the expertise of a trainer while obtaining the benefits of exercising with others at an affordable rate. 4. Boot Camp (Saturdays at 10:00 am): Hit Fitness boot camps (only $10) serve as a great complement to our other training options or as an addition to your own workout regimen.
