HPU believes in using three fuels to balance cost and reliability for its customers, and a sustainable energy transition grounded in the reality of our northern, natural resources economy. The first utility in the state of MN to adopt a Restorative Utility Plan to use the utility as the center of a local renaissance of reliability, energy sustainability, and economic growth.
