Harvest Bistro - NJ

Established in 1996. Tushar Patel opened On a Roll, now HARVEST BISTRO, in downtown Madison, New Jersey on August 22, 1996 with the desire to share his passion for cooking with the local community. Starting up a gourmet deli and catering business provided him with the perfect outlet for the culinary skills he had developed while growing up in a family that emphasized home-style cooking. Tushar, with the help of On a Roll's staff, provides fresh gourmet food served fast and is committed to maintaining the high standards he has set for himself and the dishes he serves. As the business has grown so has the menu, which now offers a wide variety of gourmet appetizers and entrees in addition to the classic and creative in-house menu. Both menus feature flavors from around the world inspired by the cuisines Tushar has sampled on his travels through the States and abroad.
