Happy Bees offers consultancy services in Human Ressource Management. It aims to assist small and medium enterprises in setting the bases and improving the current practices to have a happy work force. Redefinition of current procedures or creation of new ways to organise and motivate the staff are the core of our activities, ranging from definition of job descriptions, to optimisation of resources and processes. We can also launch a training program, starting by identifying what skills must be improved depending on the position and the job holder, up to the completion of the training.
