Hide is the result of a collaboration between the owners of Hedonism Wines and Chef Ollie Dabbous. The restaurant opened in April 2018 to critical acclaim, less than six months after opening Hide was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2019 UK Michelin Guide. Hide is split over three floors, Hide Above offers diners tranquil views over Green Park and a light-filled dining room. The food is light, elegant and pure. Hide Ground is the heart of the restaurant, providing nourishment and comfort. Our relationship with Hedonism wines is one that allows us to showcase in excess of 6,000 references on a digital wine list, all available for purchase and consumption within the restaurant.
