GRIT is a Sport and Exercise Psychology Consultancy that aims at improving the performance, satisfaction and well-being of athletes, exercisers and professionals from various domains. Mission: GRIT bridges the gap between performance in training and competitions, making sportspersons competitive at a global level. Vision: GRIT envisions itself as creating widespread acceptance of the importance of mental skills, so that coaches and administrators focus on psychological development along with physical development. GRIT creates athletes who can consistently perform at the height of their capabilities, whilst truly enjoying the experience. CO-FOUNDERS Maurelle D’Sa - holds a Master of Science in Psychology of Sport and Exercise from Loughborough University, U.K., and a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Nicole Menezes holds a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University, U.K., and a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
