Some time ago, a couple of guys were talking about the celebrity culture in today’s football. Glamour, journalists, VIP stadium seats, corporate stadium seats, pay-per-view matches and so on. The last thing that matters in this modern football is…fans. These guys, though, believe fans are the essence of football, the purest part in a well-oiled, multi-billion dollar industry. This is why we created GOOL, we wanted something that put fans in the center of attention, jokingly calling our beloved App Fanocentric (should we trademark this?). We envisioned a gathering spot for all fans around the world, a place where you can read absolutely everything about football, discuss and play. To put it in another way, a whole universe of football in a single App. This is our mission, and we are doing anything we can to make it happen. So welcome to GOOL the game! This is how we do it. Gather with your friends and create a league. Each player has a team with its own logo, jersey and stadium. Teams play against each other every week, in a championship fashion, like Premier League, La Liga ,etc. How do you win a match? Predict the exact scores of real matches. When you create your league you select the competitions you like best, like Champions League, Europa league, Serie A, Premier league, etc. Before every match, the player of home team picks the 11 matches to predict, from the selected competitions. Both players can then enter the predictions. One correctly predicted score means one goal for your team. You get 3 points for the win, 1 for the draw. Check the standings each week. Keep winning and become the champion! Fortunately, GOOL is more than predictions. GOOL breathes football through every pore. Get live scores and comment real time in our amazing GOOL Lounge.
