Freemark is the private investment firm for the Marks family (Howard Marks is co-chairman of Oaktree Capital Group). We have a permanent, patient capital base, and our ideal holding period is forever. We are focused exclusively on acquiring and building a concentrated portfolio of world-class businesses. We create value by building our businesses, not through fees or financial engineering.
