Rachid Belaziz, founder of RBMG Consulting France, expert in consulting nearby small and medium sized enterprises, decided to create the NOOR Foundation in order to help the realization of solidarity projects by helping these to get the necessary resources to develop. It is important to know that we met people with great ideas and very few resources to finance their project and our services. We decided to set up a process in order to support these volunteers. Our values are focused on solidarity and mutual aid, we want to pass it to the people we meet that want to initate their project but can’t afford it. Specifically, an intern process is set up to select projects posted on our website, and we consult the employees who provide time voluntarily. Once the project is qualified “linked to solidarity”, we seek employees who put in place an appropriate action plan, to provide concrete support on the ground and help this collaborative and responsible project for its development.
