We help sellers and buyers of residential property in the central Texas area including Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Leander, Westlake, and the Highland Lakes. During shelter in place, extensive video and 3D tours thoroughly show homes online - reducing the need for in-person tours. We can meet by Zoom, FaceTime, telephone, or any other digital method until it's safe to have coffee together at a local cafe again. (Please support your local businesses!) Every client enjoys direct Broker involvement with their transaction - not just a sales agent. We sell a variety of homes. One specialty is homes with a Great Room View. We are able to present the room and view in a single image that looks like you see it in person. Cameras tend to either darker the room or blow out the view. Or you'll see strange shadows and halos that distract a viewer from the beauty of the room. A comment we often hear: "It looks just like the pictures!" We find our next clients based on what our current and past clients say about us. That is, we seek referrals rather than advertise our services. We do have a presence on various social and real estate media, primarily as a venue for marketing the properties we represent. The second reason we are on social media like LinkedIn, Houzz, and Zillow is so newly referred clients can find reviews.
