FitBreak

FitBreak is a 15-minute compensation workout for employees, which is carried out under the guidance of an experienced instructor right at your business premises. FitBreak helps compensate for physical problems - typically pain in the cervical spine, shortened ligaments, back pain and more - especially for people with sedentary jobs or performing heavy labour and manual tasks. FitBreak is a complementary activity; it does not aim to substitute fitness exercises or other sports activities. The goal is not to improve physical fitness either. FitBreak is the way to remove bad habits, such as poor posture or incorrect lifting and manual handling of loads, using special exercises and expert guidance. FitBreak increases activity and energy in body and mind.
