Loan Size: Typically $1MM to $5MM; the Bank has the capability of completing larger transactions up to $7.5MM and will consider transactions with participants.
Advance Rates: Leverage is dependent on the characteristics of the individual transaction and the sponsor’s experience and financial strength.
